Sessions must be paid for in full upon booking. The cost for six sessions also requires full payment at the time of booking.

Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, or debit/credit card in advance to secure your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for appointment cancellations. Appointments are in high demand, and your cancellation could allow another person to access a needed session. Last-minute cancellations may prevent others from receiving therapy and result in lost income for our self-employed therapists who have ongoing expenses. While we understand that emergencies can arise, appointments cancelled without 48 hours' notice will typically incur a charge.
